Internal layout: The main house opens to an airy foyer and generous living room, with a fully equipped kitchen installed with Smeg appliances and an island unit, leading on to a striking conservatory flooded with natural light. A stylish glass and bamboo covered porch with a further entertaining and lounge area, enables outdoor socialising all year round. On this level there is also a double bedroom and bathroom with a huge tub, whilst the master suite is housed in a stunning tower. Entered from the ground level dressing room with a further bathroom, a stone staircase leads to the primary bedroom with its own terrace, where floor to ceiling windows reveal breathtaking views across the green hills and luscious island nature. The third bedroom with ensuite bathroom and living area is found in the spacious boutique casita, a few steps from the main house with its own private entrance.

Outdoor layout: The substantial, well stocked (but easily maintained) garden is totally private; offering multiple chill out areas, a large pool, sunbathing deck and traditional BBQ oven. Thanks to the southern orientation, the grounds capture the sun all day long. Uniquely for a house so centrally located, there are also equestrian facilities; including a large fenced paddock and two stables.
