From here you reach the open-plan kitchen/dining area on the left and the living room to the right. Through French windows on both sides is access to the pool terrace and covered dining area. The feel is bright, light and summery.

Downstairs, you'll find 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with A/C, and a laundry room. All these bedrooms have direct access to the lower lawned garden. On this level is also the garage which has been converted into a gymnasium to help you keep in shape after dining at all the wonderful restaurants in Deia!

On the top floor is the master bedroom suite, which is really special. The huge bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a full bath. More French windows lead onto a private balcony which has stunning sea views.

Outdoor layout:  The walled property has off-street parking for 2 cars. Entering through the secure gate, there's a lawned area great for children to play on or for some quiet sunbathing. The main pool terrace is on the first floor and it features a shaded dining area with a gas barbecue for alfresco eating. An inviting infinity swimming pool measuring 6m x 4m awaits you. There are 8 sun loungers and pool towels are included. The views are wonderful with coastal and mountain outlooks.
