It has three bedrooms equipped with AC, and a vast living room with an ornate fireplace at the centre, which opens up to a lovely Moroccan garden on one side and the sea-facing terrace on the other. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for a large family or even a large event. On the grounds is a separate apartment that provides three more bedrooms and has a small living space and kitchenette, for complete privacy and independence.

Outdoor: Outside, countless courtyards, dining areas, gardens and a private path giving direct access to Cala Xuclar beach help rank this house as perfect as any on the island for an unforgettable family holiday. Fresh fragrant herbs, and mature olive, palm, orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig and plum trees are scattered across the property.
