Indoor layout: Le Sophie has been carefully designed to optimise comfort, cosy living and family relaxation. Therefore the main floor mainly offers a variety of shared, family-friendly spaces: An open plan kitchen with a beautiful, rare stone finish, a comfortable dining and living room, and a wonderful and bright snug and snooze space where you can chill in the chaise long while watching the anchored boats bobbing around in the bay. All suites have wonderful views, private bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes; one on the main floor, and three on the upper floor. There's a fifth room hidden up in the tower with a separate entrance - ask for more information on this. Upstairs there’s also a TV and gaming room, and the villa has a lift which makes it apt for wheelchair users. The lift takes you swiftly from the living areas to the garage where you can have two cars parked at street level.


Outdoor layout: It goes without saying that in Le Sophie you will want to enjoy the big sea view and sunset terraces more than anything else. Just outside the main living room, you will enjoy a huge sea view terrace with ping pong, sun-beds, and dining facilities and a comfortable sofa zone. The upstairs terrace is drawn back from the port and sea; a more private area with sun-loungers, natural shade and a saltwater dipping pool – the perfect place to enjoy a drink before your chef-made dinner.

Our 3 favourite things about the house: The views really are wonderful, and the location too: The elevated living spaces allow you a safe distance from the buzz of the port while still being as central as possible. We also love the carefully selected materials, furniture and artwork that create such a relaxing vibe inside the villa.

Perfect for: Big families who like to be close to a beach, bars, boats, restaurants and water sports. Also good for wheelchair users.

Be mindful: If you come in two SUV’s they might not fit in the garage. We recommend two medium-sized cars or one big car.
