The house itself, a beautiful imposing home that is currently being re-worked and given a new lease of life by the renowned Ibiza architect Blakstad, is impressive on all counts. A winding, elevating driveway brings you up to the house, the home's sense of total privacy fully enveloping you by the time you get out of the car.  Six beautiful en-suite bedrooms can be found inside, alongside a media room and beautiful living spaces designed to make the most of the stunning views.  

Indoor layout:  A grand entrance will bring you into palatial open living and dining spaces, classic Blakstad touches throughout reminding you of the quality of home you are in.  Two bedrooms, including a magnificent master with private terrace can be found upstairs, and a further four ensuite bedrooms on the lower ground floor along with the media room are on the lower ground floor.  Each of the bedrooms have access to their own private garden spaces.

Outdoor layout:  The 15,000m2 plot that Las Brisas sits within offers peace and serenity throughout.  The largely forested plot is deliberately wild and unkempt, being surrounded by nature is all part of the appeal.  The home's terraces are spacious and plentiful, with dining tables and an outdoor kitchen adjacent to the home's main indoor kitchen.  On the lower ground floor each bedroom has access to terrace space which can easily be developed into private gardens.  A separate, large covered terraced area is ripe for having a further chill-out space or perhaps an outdoor gym installed.  Set slightly away from the house, and accessed down some picturesque steps, one arrives at the home's swimming pool.
