Hidden Gem #5 – Sa Trinxa, Ses Salines beach14th June 2016

‘Hidden Gems’ is an opportunity for us to let you know that we’ve recently been somewhere that really think you should know about it too!  It might be somewhere we’ve been going for a while, or something we’ve chanced upon for the first time.  It might be a restaurant, a bar (like Sa Trinxa), a beach…it could be anything at all that has reminded us just why we love living in Ibiza so much!

Sa Trinxa is a beauty of a beach bar, located at the far end of the ever popular Ses Salines beach, and oozes the laid back Ibizan lifestyle that we all love so much.  It doesn’t pretend to be anything that it isn’t, the decor is a little rough around the edges and the vibes are relaxed.  You’ll be made to feel welcome by the friendly staff whether you’re just in for a drink or you fancy a full on lunch.  We had the ‘gambas a la plancha’ at the weekend, and they were amazing!

Unsurprisingly, Sunday is when Sa Trinxa most comes alive, when Ses Salines is at its most buzzing.  With DJs on the decks, and the international and beautiful crowd often spilling out onto the beach, it really is the place to be to see out the weekend Ibiza style.
